Outreach Chefs help in back to school event in Fayetteville, NC


On August 12, 2017 the Outreach Chefs was located at St. Luke AME Church off of 522 Hillsboro st. Fayetteville, North Carolina 28301 for a back to school event.

This included a giveaway of free hot dogs, pizza, snow cones and much more.

The leader of the Outreach Chefs, Donald Martin, was on the grill with Minister Bernie Johnson helping with the hot dogs to give to the people.

The event gave away 200 free book bags to help give kids school supplies before school starts.

Other Outreach Chef members such as Gidget Wilson, Aaliyah Lane, Jarvis Kelley and Sarah Leech helped with passing out water and watermelon to the people who attended the event.

The Outreach Chefs will be helping minister Bernie Johnson at another event on September 24, 2017, located on 1044 Strickland bridge rd. Fayetteville, NC 28304 at 4:00 pm for a Men in Black event to raise funds for the Outreach.
